Europe - £15
Rest of the world - £25

(Note: Orders from outside of the UK may be subject to customs fees/taxes which the recipient is responsible for paying)

All packaging is recycled and recyclable. Feel free to pass on or compost our brand cards and tie up your unruly plants with the natural string, etc.

Please allow between 1 to 5 working days for your order to be shipped, and up to 5 weeks for made to order pieces.

 

RETURNS

We really hope that you will be happy with your purchase and wear it for years to come. If there is a problem with your order please contact us via [email protected]. We’d love to work with you to resolve this.

Stock items are able to be returned within 14 days of being delivered. They must be returned with their original packaging and tags, in the same condition as when recieved. If an item appears to be worn or damaged then we will be unable to issue a refund.

To recieve a refund, please send us an email to let us know you are sending it back. We recommend sending via a tracked delivery service, as Public Footpath cannot be liable for items that are lost in the post.

Return postage must be paid by the customer, and the original postage costs are also non-refundable.

All returns are subject to a small processing fee which is charged to us by our payment provider (sorry about this!).

Made to order pieces are generally non-refundable as they will have been made specifically for you. Alterations and adjustments can be made to make sure you are happy with your new piece, but please always double check the sizing and specifics when ordering. If there is a siginificant issue exceptions can be made, so please contact us to discuss.

We try our best to make every item to the highest standard possible, however if your item is faulty* you will be refunded in full.
